ROLLER CLEAN automatic filter fleece filter

The ROLLER CLEAN is a complete, ready-to-use filter fleece solution for both freshwater and marine aquariums. The system effectively removes coarse dirt particles from the water before they can break down into nitrates and phosphates, while retaining vital substances such as salts and trace elements. This keeps water parameters stable and significantly reduces the load on the filter system.

Easy replacement of the filter fleece

Replacing the filter fleece is simple. Remove the support cassette from the holder, remove the used fleece roll, insert a new roll, and place the cassette back in the holder. The system is designed for quick and easy maintenance.

Adjustable filtering

By adjusting the position of the level sensor in the support cassette, you determine how often the filter fleece is rolled up. This regulates the load on the fleece and the intensity of the filtration.

Bypass window for optimal nutrient balance

Through the bottom window on the left side of the support cassette, some of the water can be guided past the filter fleece. This is important when the aquarium water becomes too nutrient-poor over a long period of time. In that case, not all of the water needs to flow through the filter fleece.

LED status indication

• Green LED, the controller has started rolling up the filter fleece
• Blue LED, the level sensor is blocked or activated too long during winding.
• Red LED, the drum motor is blocked or overloaded and has stopped automatically

ROLLER CLEAN filter fleece

The density and structure of the ROLLER CLEAN filter fleece were specially developed for use in freshwater and marine aquariums. The fleece effectively removes larger dirt particles without disrupting the biological balance. Its high permeability ensures higher water flow than many comparable products and faster drying after filtration.

The filter fleece does not negatively impact the performance of protein skimmers. The product has also received a positive evaluation from the National Research Institute of Animal Production in Poland, based on more than three years of research in test setups with freshwater and saltwater aquariums.
