Introducing Maxspect's latest Gyre pump.

The new Jump Gyre pumps are now fully controllable via the new Jump controller. They are available in two models, the MJGF308 with a capacity of 7000 lph. This pump also comes with a cap for one side of the pump, making it even suitable for small nano systems. The larger MJGF316 has a capacity of 15000 lph. The pumps come with 2 sets of rotors. One set is a stylish orange, but for those who want less bling, a black set is included in the box.

Wavemakers excel at creating waves. While waves are spectacular to watch in motion, they move the majority of the water vertically up and down, with relatively little horizontal movement, especially near the bottom of the aquarium. On the other hand, gyre generating pumps excel in moving the pure water flow from one side of the aquarium to the other. The water flow is so strong that it bounces back from the other side to achieve full circulation in an aquarium, i.e. the generating "gyre flow".
