• Aquaforest TestPro Ca is designed to quickly measure the calcium level in marine aquariums, freshwater aquariums, ponds or water reservoirs. To ensure the proper functioning of the marine aquarium, the calcium level should be kept in the range of 380-460 mg/l (ppm). The kit contains enough reagents to perform 55-65 determinations of calcium levels.
• Aquaforest TestPro KH is designed to quickly measure carbonate hardness in marine aquariums. To ensure the proper functioning of the marine aquarium, the alkalinity should vary between 6.5-8.0 dKH for Ultra Low Nutrient Systems (ULNS). Higher values ​​are allowed for higher nutrient aquariums. The kit contains enough reagents to perform 78-100 carbonate hardness determinations.
• Aquaforest TestPro Magnesium is designed to quickly measure the concentration of Magnesium (Mg) in seawater. Magnesium plays an important role in many biological processes, eg participates in the construction of the calcium carbonate skeleton of hard coral. Due to its unique chemical properties, it significantly affects the buffering capacity of seawater and also prevents excessive calcium carbonate precipitation on aquarium equipment. Adequate levels of magnesium are crucial for maintaining proper calcium and alkalinity balance in reef aquariums. Mg levels should be analyzed regularly along with other critical water parameters such as calcium and alkalinity. The concentration of Magnesium in natural seawater is between 1260-1460 mg/l (ppm). Test Kit contains enough reagents to perform approx. 55-60 separate tests within that range.
