Titanium heating elements are the safe alternative to glass heating elements. The titanium is seawater resistant and unbreakable. The heating elements are of course provided for overheating protection and dry-running protection. The elements must be used in combination with a thermostat. We recommend the T controller HC for this.
Titanium heating elements from the Aqua Medic brand are available in 4 sizes:
- 100W - For aquariums up to 250 liters. And is 27 cm long.
- 200W - For aquariums up to 500 liters. And is 28 cm long.
- 300W - For aquariums up to 1000 liters. And is 30 cm long.
- 500W - For aquariums up to 1500 liters. And is 32 cm long.
