The chemical composition of Strontium Reef Minerals is designed to replenish strontium deficiencies and sudden drops in seawater. Its use is safe and ensures a quick and effective increase of the strontium content in the marine aquarium to the optimal value.
Dosage
Adding 10 ml of Strontium Reef Minerals increases the strontium (Sr) level by 1 mg/L (ppm) in a 100 L marine aquarium.
Most important features:
- Works in the same way as calcium and is crucial for the proper growth of corals.
- Many sea animals use it to build their skeletons.
- An adequate level of strontium positively affects the growth of calcareous algae and other organisms, including molluscs.
- Helps protect coral tissue from parasites.
- Improves the intensity of blue coloration in corals.
