Aquaforest Lava Soil 5 l
AF Lava Soil is a natural substrate based on volcanic lava that is enriched with essential minerals for plant growth. When used, it slowly releases the substances it contains and nourishes the plants.
The substrate is pre-rinsed, but aquarium water can become cloudy for up to 12 hours after adding the product. This is natural and causes no side effects. The turbidity disappears after about 12 hours.
Because Lava Soil is rich in minerals, we recommend that you carefully dose the other fertilizers for the first six months after addition. This will help to control an excessive accumulation of micronutrients. The size of the grains varies from 1 to 8 mm.
Use of Aquaforest Lava Soil 5 l
Sprinkle a layer of 7 cm AF Lava over the bottom of the aquarium. Cover the substrate with water and plants. Once planted, fill the aquarium with water.
